Jeffrey M. Schottenstein

President/CEO

Schottenstein Realty Company was established in 1984 to invest in retail real estate properties that require creative restructuring, aggressive leasing, and decisive management to increase profitability. Beginning in the early 1970’s, Mr. Schottenstein served as Vice President of Real Estate for Schottenstein Stores Corporation of Columbus, Ohio and Director of Real Estate for Schottenstein Investment Company, a related entity.

Jeff Schottenstein has won accolades on several of his projects: One North State Street in Chicago, the Charlotte Convention Center, the Westin Convention Center hotel in Charlotte, and the Southland Mall in Miami Florida.

In 2013, Schottenstein Realty Company began shifting away from its core retail real estate business. Today Schottenstein Realty pursues the acquisition of multi-family investments in the Southeast.

Daniel Sisisky J.D., LLM (Tax)

Vice President

In 2014, Mr. Sisisky joined Schottenstein Realty Company from BMORE Group and GZl Real Estate and marketing. He utilizes his skills in the residential real estate market to acquire single family homes for redevelopment in the Miami and Atlanta markets. Daniel Sisisky also heads up the team that purchases multi-family apartments for redevelopment in the Southeast.

Mr. Sisisky, is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
